Eclectics and Proto AICX are excited to announce an upgrade to an exclusive partnership in Africa with a focus on financial services and digital banking. The partnership will leverage the Proto AICX Platform for more efficient financial services across the region.
Since 2022, Proto has partnered with Eclectics to scale multilingual contact centre automation across Africa’s financial institutions. Eclectics and Proto both aim to increase financial inclusion with support for local languages such as Kinyarwanda ad Twi, and integration with popular messaging channels such as WhatsApp.
After partnering on a successful deployment with FINCA Uganda, Proto and Eclectics will embark on an exclusive partnership in Africa to continue to expand its AICX platform across the region.
