AI reply rating
Allow users to evaluate the AI assistant’s responses with a thumbs up or down. This feedback system provides valuable insights into the quality of interactions, enabling continuous improvements.
People API update
A new external API has been introduced, which returns a list of people, enhancing the ability to fetch person's data for reporting and integration purposes.
Other improvements
- Improved round robin live rep assignment logic ensuring that live reps within a team are assigned more evenly
- Telegram and Bitrix24 are now available for Lite plan users, enabling access to these popular communication channels

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where invited users were assigned incorrect roles
- Fixed Data Source refresh button becoming inactive after the first use. The AI assistant can now be retrained on the specific data source item multiple times.
- Assignee can be now unselected in the "Create Ticket" window, allowing to create a ticket without one.
