On June 25th the Canadian government celebrated the 75th annual Canada Day in the Philippines. The event was hosted by the Canadian Ambassador to the Philippines, David Hartman, and co-sponsored by Proto.
The anniversary ceremony, held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Manila, saw a confluence of distinguished guests from the government and business sectors, including Filipino banks, healthcare providers, and transportation agencies.
Proto was honoured to be a part of this significant occasion and showcased its cutting-edge AI customer experience (AICX) deployments, offering an insightful and interactive experience for attendees.
Proto's key partner, Confabia, was also on-site to share Proto's localised service, including prompt engineers embedded within its contact centre. Several other key representatives, including the Chairman of the Board at The Medical City South Luzon, Eckie Gonzales and the Chief Marketing Officer at the Universal Storefront Services Corporation, Dickie Soriano, were also present to assist in answering queries and engaging with potential clients. Their expertise and enthusiasm played a crucial role in highlighting the capabilities and benefits of the Proto AICX platform.
Another highlight of the evening was the meeting between Ambassador Hartman and the Proto team, including the Chairman of the USSC in the Philippines, Mr. Jose Xavier Gonzales. Their discussions centred around exploring business opportunities for Proto in the Filipino market, signalling a promising future for the Canadian company’s expansion in Southeast Asia's fast-growing economy.
As Proto looks forward to expanding its footprint in the Philippines, the collaboration with local partners like Confabia and the support of Canadian and Filipino trade commissioners, will be instrumental.
