Proto and Thrive have agreed a partnership to bring AI agent workflows to businesses across Indonesia.
Thrive is one of Indonesia’s established IT solutions providers, operating since 2007 across software, hardware and internet services, with a network spanning 20 major cities in the country. It is an official distributor of licensed software and IT hardware and holds partnerships with major global IT vendors.
Indonesia as a new market for Proto
Proto’s presence in Southeast Asia has so far centred on the Philippines. This partnership extends that footprint into Indonesia through an established local distributor rather than a direct market entry, giving Thrive’s existing client base access to AI agent capability without needing to evaluate a new, unfamiliar vendor.

Where the AI agents will be deployed
The partnership enables Thrive to bring Proto’s AI agent platform to its existing client base, covering complaints management, customer engagement and digital service delivery – capabilities Indonesian businesses can now access through a technology partner many of them already work with.
