Billing plan management & checkout system
Introduced a streamlined payment checkout process, allowing users to upgrade their plans seamlessly.
Additional compressed file type support
Users can now share more compressed file formats in chats, including GZIP (.gz), 7ZIP (.7z), and TAR (.tar), providing greater flexibility in file sharing.
Close ticket status
Added a "Closed" status option in addition to the existing "Resolved" status for better ticket management. Closed tickets cannot be reopened, allowing teams to differentiate between successfully resolved tickets and those that are closed without processing.
Calendar date selection enhancement
Users can now select a specific month and year directly in the date picker for improved navigation.
Analytics module
Launched a comprehensive Analytics module that provides detailed insights into communication activities:
Customizable reporting
- View detailed information about Chats, Tickets, and Interactions
- Select custom date ranges for all analytics
- Group, segment, and filter data based on specific requirements
Performance metrics
- Track response times for both live representatives and AI assistants (chatbots)
- Filter statistics by team and individual representatives
- Compare performance across different teams and assistants
Bug fixes
- Survey action validation fix Fixed an issue where the Number validation type incorrectly accepted input containing characters.
- Email display in inbox Resolved a bug causing emails with some HTML markup to not appear in the Inbox page.
