The section a page gets when it has exactly one story. Same real content in all three — the PhilCare story /pricing already runs. Current is what ships today (with the zero-padding bug fixed); A and B both promote the figure and stop the photo being sized by the quote.
Photo is 42% of the card at height: 100%, so its size is whatever the quote's length makes it. The figure sits inline between quote and attribution at 26px, below the quote's own 28px — smaller than the sentence it is supposed to be proving.

The hierarchy inverts: the number is the claim, the quote is the evidence. The figure sits at --p4-size-display-l (44px) — the ceiling available, since--p4-size-display-xl is hero-only and every other use of it in the repo is a page hero — in a cell of its own, closed by a vertical hairline, with its caption dropped to a mono eyebrow beneath it so the size gap reads as a metric rather than a sentence. The quote drops to --p4-size-body beside it, capped at 62ch.The card is capped at 62rem, which is what actually made the number prominent: at full container width one quote and one figure cannot fill 1280px, so everything in the card read small relative to the card no matter how large it was set.

The figure gets its own recessed field (§6b: the card's padding is the gap, the panel's radius is the outer radius minus it) so it reads as a callout rather than a line of copy, and the attribution sits inside that panel with it — the person and the number they are vouching for, together. The photo is a 3:1 band across the top, so it sets the card's width, never its height.
