Webchat conversational mode
Webchat now supports fully hands-free voice conversations. Simply speak to start chatting – no typing or tapping required. Clear visual cues show when the AI is listening, thinking, or speaking, and mute and language-selection controls let you tailor the experience to your audience.
Billing overview
Following on from Voice API billing in July, your platform-wide billing overview now gives a far clearer picture of usage and spend. A new breakdown tab splits usage by interaction type, the detailed usage tab adds charts alongside current and previous month views, and the plan tab gives a clear view of your current plan and credit caps, with warnings before you hit your limit.
Unified custom fields for chats and tickets
Chat and ticket custom fields now share a single settings page, making them far easier to manage and keep consistent. When a chat becomes a ticket, any custom field values entered along the way carry across automatically, so agents no longer need to re-enter information the customer’s already provided.
Other improvements
- Voice API credit alerts – low-credit email alerts and an in-platform banner mean you’ll never be caught out mid-conversation when Voice API credit runs low.
- Individual PDF links in Knowledge scraping – when scraping a URL for your Knowledge base, individual PDFs found on the page are now pulled in separately.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an error that could occur after deleting a role or team assigned to you.
- Various smaller fixes and interface polish.
